I received my print and it was damaged. Can I get a replacement?

Most of the time, yes. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your order and we will get it sorted. Be sure to include your order number and a brief summary of the issue in the email, as well as photos and/or video of the damaged item. Please understand that if you are inquiring about your damaged item after 30 days of receiving, we may be limited in what we can do for you.

How will I know when my item has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has gone out.

Return policy and procedures

To initiate a return, please reach out to us within 30 days to process a replacement for your product. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Email a photo/video clip of the damaged product to through the contact page.
  2. Once damage is confirmed, a prepaid USPS return label will be emailed to you. Send the product back in its original packaging or whatever packaging you have handy.
  3. As soon as you drop it off with USPS, contact us ASAP so we can set up a replacement or refund. Your replacement will get sent out in 1-2 business days (based on inventory).

If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will pay for shipping both ways.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide shipping for international customers. Please contact us through the contact page if you are an international customer with a defective or damaged product.
